Send an email to bevans18@hotmail.com with your question. It helps if you include:
- Your iPhone or iPad model and iOS version
- The app version (find it on the app's Settings screen)
- What you were trying to do, and what happened
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an internet connection?
No. The calculators run entirely on your device and work fully offline on the jobsite. The free version shows a banner ad when there is signal — no signal, no ad, and the tools keep working.
Do I need an account or login?
No. Just open the app and start calculating. There is an optional SmartMetal sign-in in Settings, used only for feedback and managing your account.
Where is my data stored?
Everything you enter — including your calculation Log — stays on your device and is never sent to us. See the Privacy Policy for what the optional account, feedback, and the free version's ads involve.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Email bevans18@hotmail.com. Field feedback from real fabricators is exactly what shapes the next update.
